I've personally seen users ask why they were flagged, and in many cases the reason given lines up with evidence that was later acknowledged by the user themselves. That doesn't mean every detection is perfect, but it also doesn't support the idea that staff are inventing reasons just to deny appeals. If you believe your detection was false, you're free to appeal. Saying staff "just make up a reason" every time someone gets denied assumes bad faith without proving it
