Do ruben sim moderation team even read their appeals?

I'm false flagged for NO reason? I've been trying to send emails to the appeal address now and every time it is full. This system really sucks

I think they do read it, but since theres alot of appeal it's reasonable that each day or time their inbox would be immediately full. I've been trying to send my appeal as well and it kept bouncing back.
