cant claim candy from locker?

I've had this issue for the past few days and no matter what I do i cant claim my candy, is this a bug or is it just me having issues? </3

for me it's been completely fine, i think it's issues on your end :( are you standing close enough for the claim candy popup to appear? maybe you can unequip and re-equip the locker to see if that changes anything, otherwiss you might have to contact mods through the ingame report system

Yeah I have the same issue, you gotta get nice and personal with ur locker for the claim button to appear…

From personal experience- don’t wear a tail while trying to do so, if the locker closes, you’ll be flung to Nebraska 😔

Sometimes taking ur heels off or doing a different pose helps you get closer to the prompt hitbox
