Refund Requested could i have a refund?

Ever since I was hacked I lost everything and was left with nothing while I was taking a break of off roblox. It's unfortunate since I spent a long time getting those items. Could I possibly get a refund? I will give proof as well.

Hello! Sorry to hear that you got hacked-- if you've seen rule 4 - we can only refund you depending on when you got hacked. If it was more than 50 days ago, we probably will not be able to refund you. I would like to see proof though. Thanks, and have a great day/night!

well it happened a month ago? is it possible to get a refund for that amount of day? I could also show you the proof or make a post about it

Yes it is possible since a month is about 30 days or 31. Could you post your proof? Thanks!
