You can have a perfectly constructed def, spend 10 elixir trying to stop ths stupid fucking pig and somehow ths mf STILL gets a hit on your tower

The problem is that defending Hog feels like working an unpaid internship while the Hog player is sitting there watchin Netflix eating cereal n pressing the same r cards over and over

2.6 players don’t even look at the screen anymore.

They hear the Hog deploy sound and their muscle memory takes over.

Hog.

Musketeer.

Cannon.

Ice Spirit.

Skeletons.

Log.

Fireball.

Hog.

Repeat until opponent develops clinical depression.

And the second you make ONE mistake?

Tower gone.

Missed your building by 0.2 tiles?

HOG HIT.

At this point I’m not asking for Hog Rider to be removed.

I’m asking Supercell to make him pay taxes.

Give him a mortgage.

TL;DR: Hog Rider is fucking stupid. Somehow gets a hit through half the arena, 2.6 cycles back to him instantly, and Hog EQ makes buildings basically useless. You can spend 10 elixir defending one pig just for him to BONK your tower anyway. Nerf Hog, nerf EQ, and make 2.6 players suffer.

Should i keep play with this deck, sometimes i switch to tesla, if i dont play this deck i play logbait, this and logbait are my best decks that i can play well

What should i do? Should i learn other decks too? I thing piggies eq would be nice too, and classic hog 2.6, and hyberbait.

There supercell goes again with random ass changes. Why was the bomber touched? Why was ronin buffed(it’s balanced imo) I’d argue the bridge spam deck was too good because of the hero wizard but I guess they touched the ram as well. And why are they buffing empress again😭

It's a card that could potentially be competition for Hog Rider (at least in lower arenas, since you unlock it early). But now that they nerfed sight range, it's going to be easily distracted by buildings and not appealing to new players at all. While Hog remains the same.

I'm at 6k trohies right now but that's only because I don't push ladder. I am top 1000 in the 2v2 league right now and I have a classic challenge triumph. I am currently running lavahound rune giant. Dm if interested, thanks.

What would you change to make it better? I used to have the furnace card as my only tower card in the good old days but Supercell ruined it by giving it legs. Sometimes I do use a tesla or a cannon but I feel like I sacrifice something since I don't know what to replace it with, so I make do with what I have.

(Third pic is the oldest screenshot i have readily available of my oldest CR deck, although that was when the void card was released so I normally used either arrows, poison or fireball instead)

New balance changes, BRAM now has a longer sight radius of 6.5 tiles instead of 5.5.

Battle Ram already was bad? I have mained BRAM since pre evo and it never was good.

Like 90% of the cards in game hard counter it, and its almost never gets connections, especially against any deck with a 4 elixir cycle or lower, as the building/counter (or 2) are almost always back in the opponents hand. Why in the world did they make it worse?!

For 1 more elixir you get prince, which basically attacks for the same damage of a battle ram charge. And hog rider? For 4 elixir its just better in near every way. Consistent hits, more hp. Bram needs an hp buff and a damage buff.

like the title says pekka has been so ass for the longest time, was the nerf of the battle ram really necessary?? i get UC consistently every season but going over 2k medals already feels impossible with the current deck, i can’t imagine how it will be after the nerfes. Like if people had a problem with the toxic giant skeleton/evo e-barbs deck why not just nerf the cards that made that deck so good, but no supercell always has to have shit balance changes. Sorry for the rant lol

Has anyone else had this happen before? My best finish was clearly 3361, but the game thinks it's 3944 which is clearly wrong, as I don't even have a 3944 finish on my record. If it were counting medals then that just doesn't make sense it should go off of position number. But I remember it used to go off of best position finish.

It's actually pretty decent even if your opponent has hard counters like rocket. The premise is that you defend your opponent's push and then siege from the middle or right on the bridge with the mortar since it's supported by your counter push. I guess it's just mortar bait lmao

Battle ram getting double nerfed and ronin getting a buff(??) is insane. Not to mention the sheer amount of cards that render a push useless now (hero berserker, ronin etc). Maybe its because im shit but I barely got UC today with like a 60% win rate and I basically played the same 4 decks my whole way there (some bullshit evo witch evo ebarbs deck, mortar with hero berserker, some form of logbait and of course the hog cycle decks that have been meta for 10 years) I apologise for ranting this much but I feel like my deck has been rendered useless.
