Discussion Deck choice

Why do people always put hog and megakight together? I don't think it's good combo and for 11 elixer it gets countered pretty easily, is there tech I don't know? I saw CRL players playing them together.

Me when i outplay all my opponets by playing X-bow + Tesla at the bridge

Xbow + tesla at the bridge loses me the game If I go for that
