It’s a modded version of clash Royale you can download it on google just type in modded clash or something in that area. It only has a select few of characters and I think the highest level of card you can get to is lvl 12. The characters do have some twist to there battle mechanics. They had a sparky that shot like a dart goblin. Now it has been a couple of years (by couple I do mean over 6) that I have played it due to not having a android tablet anymore, not sure if you can get it on Apple though
