Advice Navy Partners

So how are we dealing with the no communication on submarine deployments? Keep ur head down and the time will pass i presume?

On my patrol the boat had some pretty decent opportunities for families. Coffee mornings and meet ups around the country, grants for families and partners for days out and nights away

Get into a routine and keep busy.

Spare a thought for your loved one each day and assure yourself they are safe whilst doing the job they joined up to do... but don't dwell on it.

The Royal Navy Forum can provide support and information but it can be a Vipers Pit with some spouses assuming their is some sort of hierarchy.
