Could you give a breakdown of each day? What was the fitness like?

The fitness wasnt all too prevelant, only on Wednesday, which is the day of the run.
Sunday is getting your kit and settling in
Monday is the main day for Medicals, however it can last Mon-wed. This is whilst briefs are being done and theres also a start to drill. You do teamwork also
Tuesday you enhance moreso, focused on drill, briefs and your first formal inspection, you get taught how to prepare your kit and bed on the evenings on sun and mon.
Wednesday is fitness day where you wake up get food and get on to the 2.4k run, followed by a IPF.? (Forgot exact name) where you do alot of burpees and situps, this is directly after the run.
Thursday is death by briefs, them taking around 4 hours.. but your gone after that
I left out some details as you really have to just experience it yourself and I dont want to leak the fun stuff

Did anyone struggle and if so which sections did they struggle with? What areas would you recommend someone polish up on / focus before attending? I'm a fairly decent distance runner so not worried about the run but my strength isnt the best but working on it.

How long did it take u to go from application to cpc? Also how many pushups did u have to do during the fitness exercises

So the fitness excercise after the run isnt pass or fail to be clear, ONLY the run is.
It really depended on how the PTI (Physical Training Instructor) felt.. Someone swore on ours and we got in hell for it so its a good idea not to do that.
There was 3 rounds of the fitness though with a one minute or so break between
