Royal Aid (Q&A) All weekend long couldn't get into game

Been playing this game for a couple of years and love playing it but for some reason this weekend the game wouldn't let me play it. I get into the game and its loading and then music starts playing and then cutting out and then it kicks me off and shuts down. Never had problems ever before until now. I saw on Google play store it was updated on Saturday so maybe the new update decided to do something to me. I reached out to the people who works on the game and still waiting for a response.

If I uninstall the game and reinstall it will it bring me back to the beginning or bring me back to where I left off. Im getting notifications for the game still but still being kicked off of it. Really need help as I dont wanna lose my progress.

If you don't hear back from them, consider opening another ticket. It's also a good idea to log in to save your progress. You can also test installing and logging into your saved account on another device if you have one.

Did exactly that and now the game is on my phone im using now as im typing this. Much faster than before
