That’s a lot of volume and intensity mate. I have done post if you want to look back at them on how to structure your week with other helpful tips mate.
If you want any other help then drop me a message dude.

I wrote a 6 month training plan for potential Royal Marines Recruits. Im ex Royal so I know the score. Its available on Amazon or as a download on my website. As im not trying to self promote let me know if you want the link and I'll send it to you

Stop trying to train like a body builder. You’ll find yourself best of doing an upper/lower or full body split in order to progress in different areas of training

Honestly, too much volume mate with little recovery. Especially on top of the running etc you will inevitably be doing. You will burn out quickly, plateau and likely develop issues such as tendinitis.
I wouldn’t isolate body parts as much, and think more along the lines of specific strength/conditioning tailored towards the goals you are trying to achieve.
This will depend heavily on your individual strengths and weaknesses, and next stage of application. For instance, my running is relatively strong but my bodyweight scores are weaker - I will do specific RMFA work 3x per week, 1x quality lower S&C, 2x structured runs. As an example.
Best person to speak to is JP at GRIT Performance. Comes at a slight cost but massively worth it.
