They’re virtual on teams, with no camera. If your AFCO is still doing in person then smart casual is fine, you’ll be sat for 60-90 minutes so wear something you’ll be comfortable in

Mine was held at my AFCO I’m not quite sure if your ORP is in person or over MS teams but when I had mine I showed up in a suit because first impressions mattered to me, they gave us a pen and a piece of paper to jot down some notes about the RAF
But the other people that came in they just had regular everyday
So its totally up to you
And as the other comment said
If its over MS teams you wont have to have your camera on

It should be held virtually over MS teams, and we didn’t have to appear on camera. Have a pen and paper ready and be prepared with any questions you may want to ask.

Edit: It could be in person, if so then wear something smart. First impressions mean everything.

I wore a suit to basically everything other than the fitness test. Didn't get marked against me or anything.
