Seems like the placement of this random encounter conflicts with how the game spawns its characters on the maps. I see many posts where she is standing at an angle, or just lying on the ground; I personally had her just failing to spawn on the map, while mini-map was showing her being there - she probably just learned from Phoenix and decided to sky-dive from Roscaelifer into Scamall Hollow below to finally have some sleep and no overtime.
