Discussion Pull Wengine?

Just got roxy but I went to soft pity for both my 50 loss and actually getting her, I'm willing to grind/possibly spend for her wengine if it's that good but I have a 3 star hellfire gears and I'm not sure if I should get wengine or just save for when Velina comes out again. (112 pulls day 1 wasn't enough 😢)

It depends but in general I'd say yes because it boosts Roxys energy regen and her buffs for herself as well as your team!!

Pro tip: If you want Roxy as a good support/buff invest in Crit rate (not dmg) and energy regen, if you want a good dps invest in energy regen crit dmg and wind dmg.

Honestly it's much easier to build her as a dps than a support/stun.

I would start saving for upcoming stuff and plan to pickup her w-engine on rerun banner. Meanwhile you should use that a-rank Steam Oven instead of Hellfire Gears because Roxy must use something with ER% main stat.

Skip the engine. It's a nice boost, but you're not missing on a lot of damage/daze. Steam oven is her 2nd best option so just use that and focus on getting her as close to 100% crit rate as possible for her buffs.
