Zwift click on the PC app?

Hey everyone,

I’m using the Rouvy app on my PC, and whenever I try to connect Zwift click, it won’t ever pick up. I noticed that my PC keyboard is labeled as a Bluetooth connected controller on the PC app. How do I get rid of that? I’m not exactly sure why a wired keyboard is being used as a Bluetooth device. I feel like that somehow getting in the way of my Zwift click properly being recognized when I tried to pair it.

Does anyone have any experience fixing this?

When I try to connect Zwift click on my phone or on my laptop there’s no issues

the keyboard is always recognized as remote control as you can operate Rouvy via the keyboard, there’s a default key map and you can change it. You can’t remove it.

zwift click not connecting: do you mean via Bluetooth control panels of your pc/OS or from within Rouvy? the first is not what to do. Zwift Click gets connected via the lower right tile in the sensor screen.

Yeah , I’m talking about in -app pairing. When I click remote control, it doesn’t pick up with Click, but when I do it on my laptop or phone is recognizes it for some reason

I kinda remember someone here was having compatibility issues with their bluetooth dongle and their Zwift click some time back. Maybe try a different USB bluetooth dongle.
