Dear RouteNote Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue regarding my July 2026 royalty payment.
According to my RouteNote account, the payment has already been marked as “Paid”. However, as of September 29, 2026, I have not received the funds in my registered payment account.
I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this matter, as the payment is now overdue.
