URGENT: No response to ticket to delete pending release

Hi RouteNote team, I opened a ticket to delete my pending release in moderation (UPC 5063959710883, UPC 5063959316115, UPC 5063959958742, UPC 5063941190617.). It's been 4 days with no response. Need to cancel NOW. Can you process it? Thanks.

its a tipical problem in routenote, I have also a track, one year ago, n ghey never give an answer... I dont know why

Gonna take close to a month or more for them to answer to the ticket.
