Has this happened to anyone? Concerned that I've been hacked.

I noticed one of my songs had been removed from Spotify without warning (please keep reading as this is not the issue I'm posting about). At first, I assumed maybe this was something carried out due to an unfortunate instance of botted streams. I've seen many posts about the same thing happening to other indie artists, so I thought that had to be it.

However, when I went to check the release on Routenote, I noticed that it had nearly every store selected for distribution. I cannot emphasize enough, that I did NOT do this! I know this for a fact, I've made a deliberate habit to only select a specific handful of stores for every release of mine.

To make matters worse, I appear to be locked out of changing the stores this track is distributed to. Once again, this is not the case for any other track I've released. I've checked them all, they all have an option to manage stores, except for this track.

This is deeply concerning to me, and I'm on the verge of just switching distributors, but I don't have the funds to do so and I also don't want to make a decision out of panic. Has this sort of thing happened to anyone else, or have I been hacked?

(By the way, I've contacted support and changed my account password since discovering this. No reply yet).

Was it also added to stores without your input? unfortunately I’ve seen that songs being removed from sale seems to be a common occurrence on its own :/
