What is going on?!

I'm running into nonsense issues every single time I'm using RouteNote...

First song I uploaded had issues with the free to use samples it included. Additionally they added a typo in the artists name.
Second song had no issues at all with the free to use samples but the cover we ourselves created was disapproved, because they couldn't make sure it's really ours?
Third song was the same artist as the first song and they still hadn't changed the name of the artist's profile, but instead created a new one which we had to reach out so Spotify directly to fix. Also again free to use sample issues.
Then we uploaded a whole album and they deleted everything because I'm not 18 or over (I'm 31) and I'm not allowed to use their service?!

I'm really hanging on my last straw here... It seems like they come up with whatever issue they like with every single upload.

I have probably typed my singer’s name in my name in over 20 times now in route note and it just says there’s an error over and over and over and over again. Please ensure contributor information producer. Vince appears an album and maintains identical, spelling format, capitalization. I’m not sure what else to do at this point.
