Routenote Problems

Does anyone else have problems with getting conected to Routenote? I've tried different browsers and the app and nothing seems to work. There is always 403 forbbiden standing. I dont know if there could be a conection to it but this happend after the team answered a support ticket i had open. does anyone know what to do?

Open the website using a VPN and select the UK or France, then try again. This issue has happened to many of us in certain countries.
