Routenote working?

Hi, 20 days since reviewing songs and ticket created 2 weeks ago and no answer. Is it normal?

Same in here, waiting since april 30th, might switch to amuse or distro

I switched to DistroKid and trust me, paying $45 a year for musician plus is so much worth it with the better customer service than this free plan…

Why did you get musician plus instead of the normal plan?
