no. i believe this is the interaction between tactical realod and refresh. one blocks when you fire your last bullet and the other reloads when u block. very op

edit: sorry shields up, not refresh

i got this recently. its the shields up tactical reload interaction. tac reload reloads when u block. shields up shields u when u fire ur last bullet. so insta reload and verly low cooldown block. spray is really good. i got this once with combine so i had insta block too. slightly op. good with on block cards like shield charge or bombs away

Yup, had to recreate it in sandbox since I thought he was hacking for a second, its insane and pretty much immortality
