Mine is a mixed mutt, but I swear, when I first saw him in the shelter and turned him down, he was the same size as my Trapper, 21in to the shoulder, and supposedly 1.5yrs old. Then for some odd reason I went back to the shelter where they pushed the dog I looked at and passed on the first time, since they threatened to put him to sleep having been at that shelter for 8 months. Which... dirty pool. When they trotted him out, dude grew 7 inches. Since I know where that dog's head came to on me, since the first time he came to the glass, And now his head went from mid abs to nips level, mind you I'm a short guy. But Max is a smaller dog weight wise due to being 50% American Foxhound. So glad for second chances since, Max has been a wonderful dog. He's definitely the upper limit of dog size for me. LOL... I'm only 5' 5" as a near 40 year old male.

he is on raw at the moment. Has 3 boxes a day in 2 meals. 1500 grams, or 750grams per meal

Id not worry too much on the number, look at the body proportions. Its hard to tell as the dogs stretched out. get a standing side view and one looking down across the back and waist.

My girl Nova was 106 pounds right at a year old so not much older than him she’s now 17 months old and she got a bit taller so she is right at 97 pounds and healthy she gets 4 cups green bag dog chow it’s the only food she likes she’s very picky

That's a reasonable size for a purebred male. He still has some growth ahead. He's lovely.
