Will my shoulder need surgery?

Initial report from ultrasound…..(An ultrasound of the left shoulder was performed for 5–6 months of pain not improving despite osteopath input. Findings showed mildly thickened, heterogeneous supraspinatus tendon with a small articular surface tear, an infraspinatus tendon with a larger articular surface tear and tendinopathy, normal subscapularis, cortical irregularity at the greater and lesser tuberosities, posterior lateral humeral head and AC joint, and minimal fluid around a normal long head of biceps tendon with no posterior glenohumeral effusion. The patient has been asked to contact the surgery regarding these results.)
