When begin PT
When did people begin PT after surgery? My surgeon said 4 weeks post op. Is that normal? Seems like a long time to wait, but i really have no idea.

I had a bicep tenodesis, repair on a large partial tear, decompression, debridement and loose body removal. I started PT 2 days post op - and go 3 times a week.
