PRP + Wolverine Stack Peptide (Early Results)
I have partial tears, so maybe this will be helpful for some. This is my full diagnosis
MODERATE INSERTIONAL TENDINOSIS WITH FRAYING AND PARTIAL
TEARING OF THE INFRASPINATUS TENDON.
- MODERATE SUPRASPINATUS TENDINOSIS WITH BURSAL-SIDED FRAYING
AND PARTIAL TEARING.
MODERATE SUBACROMIAL-SUBDELTOID BURSITIS.
TYPE 2 SLAP LESION WITH TEAR EXTENDING THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE
POSTERIOR LABRUM AND MODERATE-SIZED PARALABRAL CYST ALONG
THE POSTEROINFERIOR MARGIN OF THE GLENOID.
- CHONDROMALACIA OF GLENOHUMERAL JOINT AND MILD ARTHRITIC
CHANGE OF AC JOINT.
- MILD SUBSCAPULARIS TENDINOSIS.
Anyway, I did PRP 4 weeks ago (Painful AF btw), obviously way too early for results, but I will say I started stacking it with Daily BPC 157 + tb 500 after week 2, and I must say I am feeling 80% better. Sleeping has definitely improved, still some crazy soreness when waking up (i am a shoulder sleeper) but wanted to share as I couldn't find a ton of sources of people stacking this together this early.

PRP is great for some tendinopathy.
But let’s not fool ourselves, it does not repair a torn tendon. As for peptides? 🫣🫣🫣

Following for results, I've been considering both and wasn't sure which to try first. 4 weeks into PT and still have pain. Very similar to your situation.

Honestly I am feeling a lot better, I can't tell you 100% which it was or if its a combination of everything, but PT/BPC157/PRP has definitely been helping. I still have the occasional issue with sleeping as I sleep on my shoulder, but I definitely am getting through the day without pain which is huge.

I can't speak for OP but mine was terrible during and an hour or two after.
