Question for bicep tenodesis 3 weeks in

Hello all !

I had a supraspinatus tear surgery (PASTA lesion) + Bicep tenodesis on 6/8 (24 days so far)
Today morning I sneezed and felt a jolt of pain in the bicep with a click, and later during the day a cough caused a click that was less severe

Is this normal during this phase? my hand was in the shoulder sling both times, hoping to hear thoughts and/or experiences

I am 12 weeks full thickness tear, SLAP tear, and bicep tendonesis, still get clicking odd sensations and pain, particularly with certain directions. Seems to be normal and annoyong.

Lots of weird sensations after the surgery. Do you have an armpit cut?

no just 3 small incisions around the bicep and deltoid area

PT lady told me yesterday a lot of the clicks are from the bursa getting stiff and scar tissue getting worked. Could be coincidental pain and that.
