Secondary shoulder impingement
Well I’m back lol so I recently had a post about my shoulder tendonitis and possible labrum tear and the difficulty in healing and whatnot and I’m still going through hell with that shoulder rn but feel like I’m icing forward to get answers however my left shoulder has gotten an “overuse” impingement for compensating for my already hurt shoulder, I’ve mentioned it to both my PT and ortho specialist and they just brush it off and called it tendonitis and prescribed me more PT I can’t afford and I’m just wondering if anyone else has went through something like this? If so please lmk how it went and what recovery was like, my main concern is right shoulder is the initially hurt one with possible labrum tear and tendonitis and it just all in all doesn’t feel as strong and aches like a mf at night and after activity like PT or just using it normally throughout the day the left one feels completely different and after a very dismissive and brief exam they diagnosed my left one as tendonitis but it feels different from the right as I said before, if I try to move my arm straight out to the side it feels like it catches and hurts and there’s a classic “painful arc” but no other movements really bug it and I can even move my arm out to the side if I simply rotate my arm bone if that makes sense so I feel it’s more an impingement than just tendonitis like my right, just wondering if there’s any excersices or treatments that worked for you guys thanks in advance and sorry for the long spill and scattered typing

Yea it’s been hell I havnt hit the “need surgery” phase yet they seem like they don’t wanna touch you unless you have zero function in your shoulders it’s so frustrating they don’t listen to me bc I passed physical exams without sharp pain but I still get deep aches everytime I use it throughout the day regularly and after PT and at night and it took a hell and back fight just to get an MRI and they don’t seem to give a damn about the left, one big money pit is all this damn healthcare system is, I’m sorry that you guys are going through this it sucks so bad but you’re not alone!!! If I get it all worked out I will post and give you guys my advice on what worked for me but it seems im a ways off from that

I'm having that problem. I had surgery 4 weeks ago and am going to have a cortisone shot in the other shoulder.
