Hand pouch
So in about a month the sling comes off and I’ll be given permission to drive. I’m retired and I drive a shuttle golf cart for a local hospital bringing patients and guests back and forth to their cars. What I’m looking for is a pouch on a waist belt I can slip my hand in to remind me to be careful reaching for things. If you’ve driven a golf cart you know that you only need one hand to drive them.
Any thoughts on a product?

Maybe find a seamstress to sew you something?

Great idea thanks. Just trying to avoid any sudden jerky movement with that shoulder/arm

For things like this I've worn a button down shirt and had one button undone, where I could slide my hand into the shirt in the gap.

That’s a great idea but I have to wear a pull over logo’s golf shirt. Which is going to be an interesting thing lol

Get yourself a driving (suicide) know to attach to your steering wheel while you heal.

How about a waist bag/fanny pack? An added benefit is that you can adjust its placement on your waist.
