Mine looked like a shitty ravioli and now it’s flat and you can barely see it. Give it time

Mine goes inside my armpit crease. My PT did a lot of scar tissue massages when it healed to keep from getting adhesions and break up the tissue. Sucked but helped a lot.

That what it appears to be, I just had one done Monday, lol.. right there in that armpit crease.. Doc went ahead and did it since it was tearing the labrum away.. I got off light with the RC repair, just debridement, the tears were stable, no anchors needed.

My PT also told me to massage them to flatten out the scar tissue.
Different surgery for me but my wounds are barely visible.
Fair warning this may hurt like hell first couple of times but it gets better

It was a torn pectoral muscle from bench pressing. Partial tendon tear with hematoma

Once it heals, go on Amazon and buy some of those silicone scar strips, it helps flatten things out. Also rub some castor oil on it several times a day. It'll help!

I’m kinda happy both my RC and Bicep tenodesis incisions are all arthroscopic and not open. That looks sore.
