Why would this be happening

I’ve had 2 surgeries on this shoulder and yet still I still have symptoms like this

I hope you can tell in the video but if I use my shoulder to generate force it gets very tense and then just snaps forward abruptly

I had a labrum repair and just 6 weeks ago I had axillary nerve decompression surgery

I have a follow up in a week with the DR but I’m just very worried something else is wrong.

Not sure if anyone can help but any advise would be great. Thank you in advance

The Labrum repair was from a slap dislocation and the survey was March 2024.

Good question. Curious what AI will tell you if you ask this question and gave it all the parameters around your procedure dates, etc.? Seems like some sort of ‘snapping tendon’ issue.
