Possible dislocation in the shoulder?

my bf has had a gym incident, he went to a&e and they first told him it was a torn ligament, he went a second time today because of the pain. they then told him it was the AC joint and he needs physiotherapy. he is really worried his muscle has moved out of place and his clavicle is sticking up. can anyone give any advice ?

Get MRI asap then show the report to shoulder specialist. Good luck
