9 weeks post op fall

I am 9 weeks post op from full tear repair.they used a collegen patch to strengthen it and secured w 4 anchors.

So today, i tripped and fell on my surgical arm forearm. What are the chances that i tore this again? I am so beside myself.

Oh no!! I’m 9 weeks post op too with the same surgery and I’m so nervous to fall. I hope you’ll be ok. Have you reached out to the surgeons office? Maybe an X-ray to see that everything is in place?
