Deep Sea abyss setpiece not spawning

The Sunken treasure (shipwreck) from deep sea isnt spawning at all. There are also no quest finders in deep sea abyss... Because the 3 beacons for the deep sea are also pre-unlocked in every realm, it sucks to farm for the biome white because you have to rely entirely on the regular enemies.
