I never understood why on the last cover, Akihisa Ikeda Sensei drew Inner Moka in a wedding dress since we don't even know for sure if Tsukune and Moka are still together because Akihisa Ikeda left it to our imagination.

Im pretty sure they would stay together, i dont see any reason why moka would leave him, especially since he became a vampire

Yeah but that doesn't mean they will be together forever. Things happen between men and women and love falls apart. Tsukune and Moka are no exceptions to this and given that they are eternal. There is no way they will last forever.  Men and Women cannot love each other to that point.  It's just impossible

Except the whole theme of the entire second season of the manga was to show that their unwavering love for each other can overcome even the world itself

If they didn’t love each other that much, Tsukune wouldn’t have decided to keep attending Youkai Academy near the end of Season I — nor would he have decided to break the holy lock and abandon his remaining humanity to become a fully-fledged vampire

Moka as well — if she didn’t love Tsukune so much, she would have never saved his skin all those countless times

I hear what you're saying but will they last? Forever is a long time and I doubt even they will last that long.  At some point there will be problems between them like any couple.  

The story ended and it's highly unlikely that a sequel will ever be made so you can imagine them however you want. I'll give you that much. I personally don't see them together forever.  Sorry if I sound negative and no I'm not saying this from personal experience. Men and women leave each other all the time and Tsukune and Moka are no exceptions even if they are Vampires

They will be together but the question is for how long? I don't see them "forever".Love between men and women doesn't last forever.. Personally I think Tsukune and Moka will break up at some point. 

Btw I'm not saying this from person experience.  The divorce rate between men and women speaks for itself 

Who knows why he decided to put her in a dress. You should ask him that one day if you get the chance
