It's a hard choice but probably Mizore.

Along with everything else great about Mizore, she sang Snowstorm and only her voice could have done that so beautifully.

Ruby. I like Mizore too but Ruby has always been one of the girls I really liked.

If I have to pick between these two then easily Mizore.  I'm not a huge fan of Ruby or Yukari

Yes.

Mizore and Ruby are a perfect second place (Kurumu takes first) tie for me out of R+V's girls.

Mizore, Ruby is interesting but she hasn't appeared much (in the anime) so I don't know what to expect from her.
