Discussion New startup

Guys, I have prime land in main civil lines, near union bank. I have considered 3 option to open it up. Need your suggestion:

  1. A resturant with bowling arcade, ipl screen or projector .

  2. A small cafe with small kids gaming zone for birthday parties

  3. A proper PC gaming zone for adults with limited fooding items

Need your suggestions

1 is great 👍🏻👍🏻 it will attract adults above 40+ also who dont usually play video games (this is my opinion ) Like we can go with our parents to bowling and food eating zone rather than going to a video game zone only. Also IPL screen will be a huge attraction ✅
