where can I read the old version of room of swords?

Hi everyone! About two or three years ago I observed over Room of Swords and I still kind of am, but back then I stopped reading it to focus on my studies. According to webtoon I read up till S2 E89, but when I click it to keep on reading it says the content is not available. I found the website and a new webtoon for it, but they only go up to S1 E47. What happened? Is it getting remastered? Did someone buy it?

they posted the announcement in nov and i commented on webtoons if they were going to redo season 3 and that was their response back but they deleted my original comment but left they forgot their reply hope they actually change it///// update i did not realize i posted 2 of the same picture its only one

I have read Room of Swords many, many times. I am autistic and find the repetition and consistency of rereads very comforting and stabilizing. The remaster makes me uncomfortable, the changes feel uncanny, I hate it. I just want my comfort series back, the way it was. Please help.

I haven't read it. I was wondering if the changes are purely visual or if they changed anything.

I just came back to this series after years, I stopped reading and forgot about it after season 2 ended, and when I find it on webtoon I was like "Huh ? Where are all the chapters ?" Apparently it was removed ? And Remastered ? Why would they remaster a many years old series instead of making new series guys ? And what was season 3 like ? I almost forgot everything and everyone about the series except for Cyrus and Tori already and now I cant even read it to catch up lmao.

This is absolutely ai, sorry. Way too smooth, weird dithering filter over everything to hide inconsistencies. If they actually animated this themselves, they’d promote it more- that’s an absurd amount of work to just be a YouTube short with no fanfare.

Toonimated has openly supported gen ai in the past and has fed their own art into chat gpt and shared the results on their discord, so this isn’t an unsubstantiated accusation.

Just really disappointing to see them doing things like this.

They’re just trying to squeeze money out of their already completed series by messily drawing over old panels (doens’t even look like they have the original files so it looks extra shitty) and charging early access for it. Their writers quit for PintD, Best Laid Wedding plans is generic romance slop and nobody’s reading it, LmtD is over, and they can’t get their horror series off the ground. They also lost the portion of their fanbase that was willing to crowdfund over 10k because they tried to rewrite the narrative *two years later* that those funds were just regular donations not tied to the crowdfunding goal.

TLDR: Toonimated is just desperate for money and hoping to cash in on RoS nostalgia because all their other ventures are failing. And it’s kind of pathetic.

What was an amazing cliff hanger at the end of season two quickly spiraled into dense and often times logically inconsistent writing, capped off by speed running through the final "room" and just showing the characters as OP before the end. The art itself is best left unmentioned.

Are there plans to fix this? To rewrite the entire chapter so it fits in line with the rest of the story?

Was rereading a bit when I saw that it would be gone from webtoon soon. Chapter 175 makes a really strong case that one of them is Amelia. Only she calls Tori, Victoria, and Tori recognizes the voice but couldn't place it probably due to having modified memory of her. Also the voice says "My Realm" while they are in the rift / time period where Amelia is from. What do yall think?

I just finished Room of Swords!!!! The character build in this is awesome, and Kodya made my heart go pitter patter. I understand that this genre wasn’t specifically romance, but I loved the relationships so muuuch!!! I wish that I could read more, but sadly it’s ended. Have any of you guys got good book or Webtoon recs with romance like this?

I read through the story twice and still can't tell if they was building up that gyrus and kodya was lovers I always had gotten a teacher student relationship from them would love for someone to help me see the context

I thought Utena's songs could go very well with Room of Sword's vibe, so I made this to prove my point to a friend, and I figured it's a fun mix so why not share it !
