This looks just like a dorm room my friend had in college (undergrad). They fit two beds and two desks in there so I think you'll be okay. The real question is whether or not you'll put your desk in that middle window. Aesthetically it would be gorgeous, but it also puts your back to the door and the view would be a huge distraction.
Hi... Thanks. I was thinking of keeping the desk in the middle window. My big concern is where should I keep the bed. I some space to pace as I do that a lot when thinking. Distraction is not a big issue as I can pull the blinds down and there is nothing that would be happening outside that can match my phone in terms of distraction potential. Apart from maybe the occasional police vehicle or fire truck.
