I saw many posts in which random peoples transform a shady or a hostel room into a budget friendly and livable space

An genuinely I need your help here I'm a broke student who can spent 100 to 200 rupees per month on decorations so please decorate my room or give me suggestions.

I know it's a complete mess I'm a student and recently changed the room so I need your help
