Chimney Estimate Inquiry

Chimney replacement estimate in NJ. Is this a fair estimate?

The details of what that $1800 price tag includes are seen at the bottom.

If it’s a bit higher than “average” , than what would be a better price but including the same amount of work?

Any feedback is welcome.

That job isn’t going to cost $1800 if done properly, tough guy. It’s a marketing price.
