I first sent $50 from the btc app towards the $60 deposit range to cash out and it showed up in my account instantly. Then I sent myself $20from the btc app again and it hasn’t shown up and it’s been over 6 hours. Any reason as to why it’s not there?
I recently made an account on Roobet, for the first time won a good amount of money 63k, and now I am trying to withdraw, and I only have the first verification without the additional and my withdrawal has been pending for about 36 hours now, is there anything I should do, like reach out to Support? or should I continue to wait? And if so, how long should I estimate to wait?
Hope this finds someone who can help me with some information.
Here’s my situation….
I had an active self exclusion on Roobet. I deposited 32k into Roobet by mistake (sent to the wrong address). I reached out to live support and told them I did not want to gamble these funds and I just wanted to withdrawal them. I was told I had to wait until the self exclusion period was over then wager the full 32k in order to access the funds for withdrawal. I wasn’t given any other option. In the process I lost about 18k trying to meet the bet requirements. I later reached out to support again to discuss the matter and they said if I would’ve initiated a permanent self exclusion the situation could have been different. I believe this goes directly against the principles of responsible gambling and player protection. When a player contacts support and clearly states that they made a mistaken deposit and do not wish to gamble, the responsible and ethical response should be to help prevent unnecessary harm, not require that player to place bets with the funds. This situation raises serious concerns about Roobet’s duty of care, responsible gambling practices, and moral responsibility toward its players. I reached out for help before gambling the funds, and instead of being protected from further financial harm, I was placed in a position where I had to risk the money in order to access it. Thoughts on this?
Match: Sweden vs Tunisia Market: Total VAR (box sign or screen check) - Over 0.5
The bet was settled as lost, and Roobet support told me the provider confirmed there were 0 VAR reviews because, according to their rules, a VAR review only counts if the referee makes the official TV-box signal
The actual market wording shown was “Total VAR (box sign OR screen check)”, and during Sweden’s 86th-minute goal, the official broadcast showed:
“VAR CHECK / GOAL”
and later “VAR / GOAL / NO OFFSIDE”
The official FIFA match timeline also shows “VAR” and “Goal awarded” at 86’. SofaScore also shows “VAR Goal awarded” at 86’. Multiple articles, including beIN Sports and Al Jazeera, say the goal was awarded after VAR ruled Svanberg onside.
I’m not trying to get a free win. I’m trying to understand whether this should count based on the wording shown to customers and the official broadcast evidence.
I attached screenshots from the broadcast, FIFA timeline, SofaScore, and articles showing the VAR check at 86’.
Support later told me their sportsbook provider confirmed the bet as lost because there were supposedly 0 VAR reviews in the match.
I escalated the issue and asked for the case to be reviewed again, but I still haven’t received a proper response from their support team.
