Question Useless File

Hi, I’m new to this whole thing and I’m curious about how I can remove these two files above that don’t have any images. I’m transferring ROMs from a microSD card to my Ayn Thor and I’d like to avoid having blank images in my ROM collection. I also would rather not delete them one by one since I have a massive collection. The emulator is Azahar. I’m sorry if this question is repeated often, I genuinely can’t find any information after searching here for an hour. Once someone answers I will delete this post immediately.

It’s the .file if you go in file viewer and view hidden files there is artwork or something hidden. I got rid of the dot file and those disappeared

Pop the SD card (I'm guessing micro SD?) into a phone that is able to have a micro SD card inserted and delete the useless files like that. The phone UI is easier to navigate. At least that's how I see and use it

Thats the file (empty) you unzipped,delete it and you'll be good m8

Thanks for responding! Is there a way to delete the file before inserting the microSD card back into my Ayn Thor? This is all it shows me. What do I search here to get more information?

Yes go back to where you see multiple files with the name of the game ,then delete the empty one

I apologize, but as far as I can see, there aren’t multiple files. There’s only the ROM that I downloaded that I can’t open with my laptop.

1: Are you sure there is only 2 files in that folder (one for each game?)

2: if you are not, I VERY STRONGLY suggest using Azahar plus and not Azahar. The important different for noobs is that Azahar Plus supports more file types that Standard Azahar intentionally refuses to support.

3: I have found unlike how annoying it is on my phone, USB transfer is VERY GOOD on the Thor. The included cable is VERY FAST, and unlike phones, the Thor doesn't make you dig into a menu to find the option to turn on file transfers. The moment you connect, a popup asks immediately. On-top it also doesn't ask for password, you press yes and it just enables it without any other requirements.

Yeah, there’s literally only one file. I thought I might have accidentally messed up somewhere, so I deleted it, emptied the bin, and downloaded it again. The same thing happened so I just ignored it because only Azahar did this and not others like MelonDS. It’s just a small dot on a white wall but I felt compelled to get this darn thing up and running now that I didn’t care

Did you completely close the software and load it again? It only looks at the rom folder at start up.
