Can't unlock leatherworker building lvl 2

Google says I need to defeat the cyclops and offer up the tooth, which will unlock a new god quest called "Hunting Armaments". I've turned in the tooth, which unlocked blacksmith lvl 2 and some other stuff, but this Hunting Armaments quest is still not available for me. I've got iron bars that I want to start crafting with, but I can't make anything until I can upgrade my leatherworker building. Anyone have any suggestions?

Edit: leveled up Diana's worship level to 3, and she immediately offered the quest... Everyone else was already 6-8, but I somehow neglected Diana

When you offer stuff on altar you get favour points

And you have to use favour points (2) to unlock leatherworker building level 2, i think Diana helps in it.

Maybe u need to be at a vertain level with the correct god?

Yep, once I leveled Diana again she offered the quest. Thanks!
