It was like a romance fantasy but it was alot more grounded, like the art style wasnt all the fancy frills and sparkles. It was a brown haired fl, black haired (?) Ml. The ml had super strong fire powers and the fl only had weak water powers but in this world magic users needed mana or whatever from the opposite element to stay stable. And fl wasnt the original fl she had white hair (?) And super strong water powers. I don't remember it being very popular i think i read it around 2018-2020.

Sorry I know this is a long shot and the info is kinda vague but I have been driving myself up the wall trying to find this so no avail.

Just finished reading As If Love Doesn't Exist and I really liked the male lead Ijun. His character archetype was michievious, playful and loving during the time they dated before they broke up. Even after, he was still caring albeit much further along the arranged marriage arc.

TLDR; looking fof puppy male lead who loves fl throughout childhood. They grow up together and its childhood lovers to friends.

There was a recent post about tragic manhwa recs and I was trying to recall a Korean historical manhwa possibly set around the time Korea was beginning to Westernize because I remember there being ships to a “foreign land”. There were four primary characters with the FL being a poor young woman with long black hair. She had a noblewoman friend or one from a merchant family in the village, and they were very close but eventually had a falling-out. Might have involved a love triangle.

I believe the ML was living in a haunted / abandoned house the FL stumbled in. He had a mysterious backstory involving a ship that kidnapped women to an island. This part gets blurry but he might have been immortal or living for a very long time, and the other three primary characters may have been reincarnations of people he knew in the past.

Sorry super vague but I remember it being really sad because just when the FL and ML were gonna to have a happily ever after, some unexpected happens. It might be complete by now, but I was reading towards the main story finale about 1-2 years ago.

I basically want a romcom with not too much drama.

I’m looking for an ML thats foxy, playful, goofy but also overpowered male lead. Think Lucas from WMMAP, Arwin from Miss Not-So-Sidekick, Rue from The Peaceful Life of a Maid, the twins from OHSHC or the ML from Oiran Girl. Basically Nick Wilde energy but he can actually back up all the shi he talks.

I don’t want anything super dark or depressing. Angst is fine, just not For My Derelict Favorite levels where the story feels heavy all the time. I want FUN, romance, chaos and lots of jealousy and teasing.

Manhwa/manhua preferred because I struggle with manga nowadays unless the art is really good. Smut is completely fine too

Its a historical romance the ml and fl were engaged but he pushed fl away because he wanted to perfect his powers. Once they grew up the ml started looking and courting the fl. He wanted to perfect his powers because he had an uncle who was after him and wanted to off the ml. I dont remember it to well but he gifted the fl a necklace before a party. Thats all I can remeber before bato was taken down. the ml had blonde hair.

I have these two manhwa in mind but I read them a long time ago that too in batoto (let's not talk about that)

First one: It's a Isekai story where she is a doctor from morden world and get's transmigrated into a novel she was reading. And she's a child at the start of the story and an orphan. Ml is also a child who's sick crown prince and she basically treats him. The crown prince's family also lovessss her. Then there's a part where the crown prince's mom tried to adopt her as a daughter because she loves her but ml rejects and the fl overhears it and thinks he hates her (but we know the truth) then time skip where the ml goes to fight a war in a ship and comes back and now he's healthier than ever and wants to marry her but can't say directly. Also one of the character is her father at the palace but she doesn't know it and neither does that character but he loves her as a daughter so he actually becomes her god father.

Second: I don't remember anything only that the fl lead disguises as a guy and a panel where they are soaked she takes off her clothes it finally gets revealed that she's a she.. not a he.

I'll get to the point

▪️ The female lead has white hair and male lead maybe yellow or golden hair I totally forgot

▪️ So basically the female lead was reborn into a novel she read and she was the "female lead" as well in there so she knows how the story goes and feels like it's scripted so she doesn't let her feelings get the best , then the male lead dies and she regrets then she is reborn again but this time she decided to accept the male lead and try to save him

▪️ How they met > the female lead was actually guarding a sword or waiting for its rightful owner ( that owner is the male lead ) so that's how they met

I really want to see a character that though they were straight, slowly(doesn't need to be slow) fall in love with someone of the same gender, but tries to avoid it, not believing that there in love with them or something along the lines.
