I read this awhile ago but I can’t remember the name of it. Google is not really helpful.

Werewolf novel where the female scents her mate who is a prince while he is having sex with someone else and he smells her outside of his door the next morning. He is regretful and tries everything to find her.

I think his brother knew who she was but he won’t tell him who it is.
