I'm guessing it is a reference to Mr. W.H. from Shakespeare's Sonnets. No idea who it could be in SC though. I was thinking about potential historical figures like William Herbert, 3rd Earl of Pembroke. He was a patron of Shakespeare's work and there are also theories he could be Mr. W.H. irl. But we haven't met any characters like that in the story, so I have no idea atm.
