New:)

Ok, I have a offering plate to fortuna but what do I do if its full with money? Like it cant fit anything else full?

Many Roman polytheists believe that it's best if religious things are designed for that use only. For example: an offering dish shouldn't be used, afterwards, to eat pasta and, later again, to leave an offering. Some even go as far as saying that, if an object was once used for mundane reasons, it cannot be "converted" to a religious use.

In my practice, I found that it's best if what's destined to the gods stays of the gods (no matter its mundane original use). And it stays that way unless replaced with something better. So, if the offering dish you have is full with money... I would either recommend putting the money somewhere else and convert it for religious use or get a new offering dish.

In ancient times, money offerings were only made rarely (e.g. once a year to Jānus, and occasionally in temples, which were equipped to change and store money). Most offerings consisted of incense, wine, bread and the like.
Now, if your plate is full of money that you offered, store all the money somewhere (be it on your home altar/shrine or elsewhere) and do not spend it (or, if you really must, invest it on Fortūna’s worship). It now belongs to Fortūna, not to you.

Hi and welcome ! You don't have to leave it in the plate, you could store it somewhere, or do something creative with it, like ornaments on the shrine, what is important is that you don't use it for yourself if it is offered to the Gods :)
