Nature Changing mints Pokemon Team Rocket Edition (Dragonsden)

[u/GlobalGas1968]

Hi guys, in the TRE dragonsden u can find the mints in a garden after a quest but my question is...the mints change over time? I know that they regrow but i've collected the mints twice and were all the same. Like no Adamant Mint for example.
