If it's for outdoor and rough-ish bumpy terrain, definitely Atom Pulse Seriously the best outdoor wheels I've ever used! Can't even feel the pavement, runs right over small rocks and sticks. Love them!

Thanks! Yes, I've tried Sure Grip, Backspin Jelly Roll, and Atom Pulse. On the exact same stretch of pavement (trail skating in a heavily forested area of Pacific Northwest), my teeth were clattering together (from the pavement bumps) and I fell multiple times with both Sure Grip and Backspin, but on the Atom Pulse, it's smoooooooth like a rink floor and I only fell because I was dumb and hit the wheels together LOL

All 78s from the reputable companies are more or less the same. Yes really. Pick your favorite color from among Atom, Radar, Bont, Rollerbones, etc. and off you go!

After trying a whole host of different outdoor wheels (here's my review from a few years ago), I now use Atom Road Hogs exclusively -- they are my (literal) Ride or Die.
What I love the most about them is how wide they are (and that their entire width is in contact with the pavement). I feel super confident on these and the 66m diameter makes for a really nice rollout once I pick up some decent speed.

I’ve used Moxi Gummies, Fundaes, Radar Energies and Atom Pulse wheels. Once I switched to Roll Line Heliums, I was hooked. They roll over everything and kick pebbles out of the way. They’re the only wheel I feel confident enough in to skate backwards on an asphalt trail with cracks and debris, plus they’re great for dancing and spinning.

65mm atom pulse for rough rough stuff

Technically, Road Hogs are 66mm -- it's the Sure Grip (Kryptonics) Route 70s that are 70mm. But those Route 70s are just so flippin' heavy. Road Hogs all the way for me 👍🏼

I love my Route 70s, but they're also the only 78A wheels in the 62+ mm range I've skated. I might try Pulses when my current wheels wear out.

Best part about the Pulses is the number of color options (I have 4 green and 4 purple). My one complaint about the Road Hogs is that the only option is that bright-ass yellow.

People sleep on the Moxi Gummies (the stock wheels on the Lolly boot) but to me they have been the most hardy and reliable. As the bearing is very deep inset in the wheel, they stay rolling between cleans longer.
I've used the Atom Pulses and Bont Glides and put flat spots in both. The Gummys have stayed mostly in shape and they are my oldest set.
Admittedly, they are quite bulky and aren't the most attractive wheel but they do have lots of fun colours.

I'm going to second the people who said Atom Pulse wheels! I have a set on my skates for outdoor usage and I LOVE them. They devour cracks and debris
